Description

You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow technical solutions with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and customization of technical solutions based on prioritized agile stories.
• Design workflows, forms, scripts, and screen tailoring using ServiceNow best practices.
• Implement integrations via REST APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Manage data foundations including CMDB and CSDM alignment.
• Evaluate alternate solutions for complex requirements and implement the optimal path.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM product capabilities.
• Proficiency in Service Catalog, ITSM process integration, and scoped applications.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party software integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Ability to operate as a lead consultant with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
