Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions as a developer and architect. You will own the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Develop custom applications and scripts using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and execute integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs.
• Collaborate with teams in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality software.
• Solve complex technical problems and optimize system performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong experience with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Proven track record of integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
