Description

Design and implement technical architectures for the ServiceNow platform to optimize ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM processes.

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, automation tools, and integrations. Translate business needs into technical requirements for ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM functionalities. Develop custom workflows and scripts using ServiceNow APIs to extend platform functionality and automate tasks. Integrate ServiceNow with external tools including SCCM, BigFix, Zoho MDM, SAP, Azure, AWS, and GCP. Manage platform upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of the CSDM model. Mentor junior ServiceNow professionals and conduct UAT sessions with users.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, automation tools, and integrations.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM functionalities.
  • Develop custom workflows and scripts using ServiceNow APIs to extend platform functionality and automate tasks.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external tools including SCCM, BigFix, Zoho MDM, SAP, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Manage platform upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of the CSDM model.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Angular and REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of CSDM model and CMDB integration.
  • Hands-on experience with App Engine Studio and Integration Hub.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and document technical solutions.
  • Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
