Description

Design and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform as a Developer and Architect.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for custom applications and integrations.
• Build custom workspaces and service portals using UI Builder and Flow Designer.
• Extend the ServiceNow schema to support custom application development and data models.
• Administer the ServiceNow instance, managing workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and catalog items.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, XML, AJAX, and HTTP APIs.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder and Flow Designer.
• Proven ability to integrate systems using REST, SOAP, XML, AJAX, and HTTP.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with the CSM module.
• Proficiency in Angular JS and React JS.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Telecommunication modules (TSOM, TSM).
