Description

Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions and bespoke workflows within the ServiceNow environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow spokes to interface with internal APIs.
• Build workflows in IntegrationHub to automate business processes.
• Perform comprehensive testing, validation, and troubleshooting of new integrations and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and integration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Experience with RESTful web services and API management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, AJAX, and AngularJS.
• Working knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Ability to ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
