Description

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements as a technical liaison.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Develop and maintain platform scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies.
• Act as the technical liaison between stakeholders and the implementation team.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure platform stability and security adherence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, specifically GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of system web services integration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HR.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience bridging business analysis with technical implementation.
