Description

You will design and implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, owning the full lifecycle of configuration and development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Service Catalogs, record producers, and order guides.
• Develop complex workflows for the Change module, including custom change types.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Automate processes using Flow Designer, workflows, Events, and Script Actions.
• Manage data integrity using Import Set APIs, Transform Maps, and CMDB maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Proficiency in creating Flow Designer workflows.
• Experience with Service Catalog configuration and record producers.
• Hands-on expertise with Business Rules and Client Scripts.
• Ability to implement UI Policies and UI Actions.
• Experience configuring Inbound Email Actions for record management.
• Knowledge of SLA configuration, Notifications, and HTML templates.
• Experience with Visual Task Board requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Push Notifications and advanced notification templating.
