Description

You will lead technical direction and architectural oversight for ServiceNow implementations as a Senior Developer and Team Lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to develop solution architectures that maximize automation and operational reporting.
• Lead the creation of solution artifacts including road maps, architecture diagrams, and operational optimizations.
• Build prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions regarding defined requirements.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and provide technical leadership to the development team.
• Drive technical change and manage system design principles and impacts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR modules.
• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership, driving solutions, and conducting technical reviews.
• 5+ years of experience developing system architecture and design principles.
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with the US Federal Government and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• Strong technical communication skills to deliver solutions simply and succinctly.
• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, Master's degree with 5 years of experience, or 11+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Web development experience with HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Implementation of JavaScript for automation, REST/SOAP web services, and knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
• CIS certifications in CSM, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, SPM, APM, SAM, or HAM.
