Description

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on the Security Incident Response (SIR) module. You will own the customization and integration of security workflows to streamline incident management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize the Security Incident Response module to automate the lifecycle of security incidents.
• Design and implement automated workflows for incident escalation, investigation, and resolution.
• Ensure seamless integration of SIR with Incident Management, Change Management, and Vulnerability Management modules.
• Create and manage Service Catalog items for security services and incident reporting.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track security incident trends and response metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for UI and client-side logic.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow APIs and web services for third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and frameworks, specifically NIST and CIS.
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with security and IT teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• CIS-SIR certification.
• Knowledge of Vulnerability Response and Vulnerability Management modules.
