Qualifications:

• Exp-8-12 years
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and platform customization
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, ACLs, UI Policies, and Service Portal
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server
• Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, XML, and web technologies
• Experience with ATF, platform upgrades, release management, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile/DevOps environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
