Lead ServiceNow development and mentor the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions following best practices.
• Mentor the development team and manage task assignments.
• Perform code reviews and handle technical escalations.
• Manage form and view design for user interfaces.
• Implement integrations using inbound/outbound, REST, SOAP, and Open APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong scripting skills (client and server-side).
• Expertise in Studio Applications, Update Sets, and code deployments.
• Solid experience with CMDB, relationships, packs, and IRE Engine.
• Strong ETL experience using JDBC, REST, SOAP, and file-based data sources.
• Knowledge of ITSM modules and Service Catalog.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Inbound/Outbound, REST/SOAP, Open APIs).

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing a development team.
