Description

You will develop and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, and Service Portal.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and program software enhancements using JavaScript and GlideRecord.
• Write, test, and debug applications, including creating test scripts and performing unit testing.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to estimate, prioritize, and implement development requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, or Service Portal.
• Proficient in JavaScript and core object-oriented programming concepts.
• Solid understanding of GlideRecord, XML, and structural programming.
• Experience with cloud-based platform engineering principles.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Ability to assess and mitigate technical risk in complex environments.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
