Description

Design, configure, and develop custom ServiceNow applications to automate business processes. Own the end-to-end implementation of core ITSM modules and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom application modules for Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, and Problem Management.
• Develop Service Catalog items using Catalog Scripts and Variables.
• Implement new functionality via Business Rules, UI Scripts, and Actions.
• Build tool integrations using web services, SOAP, email, and the MID server.
• Execute workflow customizations, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: CMDB, Knowledge Management, Mobility, and Service Request Management.
• Strong experience with SOAP and web services for integrations.
• Ability to perform server installation and troubleshoot connection issues.
• Experience developing data reports.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
