Description

You will manage and improve ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for on-prem and cloud inventory.

8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Define configuration items, classes, attributes, data collection, and governance to support ITSM modules.
• Build and support integrations with data sources outside of ServiceNow Discovery.
• Set up and administer MID servers, create discovery ranges, and monitor CMDB health.
• Interpret Discovery logs to diagnose issues and define identification and reconciliation rules.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM implementations.
• Expertise in Service Mapping and Discovery modules.
• CIS - ITSM, CIS - Discovery, and CIS - Service Mapping certifications.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB management.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Ability to manage data collection and governance for ITSM objectives.
