Description

You will own the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom workflows using modern web technologies and configure out-of-the-box functionality.
• Prototype new ServiceNow solutions and resolve health scan findings within established SLAs.
• Maintain APIs and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Ensure all product development follows compliance and security best practices.
• Review and prioritize tasks for incremental delivery while communicating potential blockers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Administration (CSA) Fundamentals Certification.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST API and SOAP.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM, Portal design, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
