Description

You will design and develop complex information systems solutions, serving as the principal application designer for major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems analysis, design, and development for complex application problems and enhancements.
• Direct and monitor less experienced personnel to coordinate development tasks.
• Prepare technical project plans, functional specifications, and detailed system documentation.
• Execute test plans, manage test data, and debug to ensure application effectiveness.
• Evaluate interrelationships between programs and platforms to ensure sound technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application design and development.
• ServiceNow expertise: CRM, FSO, ATF, Flow Designer, and App Publishing.
• Strong JavaScript proficiency.
• Web development skills in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Web Services (REST and SOAP).
• Integration experience using Databases, JDBC, and Web Services.
• Database design and Object-Oriented Analysis/Design/Programming.
• Automated testing experience with Java/Selenium.
• Version control using Git and Agile methodology with JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Debugging and troubleshooting expertise.
• Technical leadership and consulting experience.
