Description

You will design, implement, and manage ServiceNow platform solutions and enterprise IT lifecycle processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow platform solutions based on product team definitions and guide development teams.
• Manage platform configuration, custom development, data management, and infrastructure hosting.
• Integrate ServiceNow modules with external applications using continuous integration and web services.
• Support security, risk, and compliance integrations within highly regulated IT lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow cloud platforms and enterprise IT lifecycle management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience with CMDB design, implementation, and population using ServiceNow Discovery.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building and managing custom REST/SOAP APIs (web services).
• Experience leveraging MID servers for integration and automation.
• Background in ITIL Operations Application design, including incident, problem, change, and service request modules.
• Ability to gather and analyze complex system requirements.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
