You will own the configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery module, ensuring platform stability and effective technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Workplace Service Delivery module to meet business requirements.
• Manage platform requirements using specialty software engineering practices.
• Support ServiceNow implementations and troubleshoot technical workflows.
• Apply rigorous engineering standards to platform maintenance and updates.

Required Skills

• 5 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent through consulting, training, or education.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery module.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Proven technical background in software engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of platform configuration and technical workflows.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
