Description

You will implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions across key modules, including workflow design and data analysis.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic enterprise scenarios mapping to ServiceNow processes.
• Develop and manage workflows for cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management.
• Contribute to AI model training by creating structured training data.
• Apply prompt engineering to craft effective instructions for system interactions.
• Validate tasks and perform data analysis using SQL.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Expert knowledge of CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.
• Proficiency in JSON authoring and working with structured data.
• Strong understanding of SQL for data analysis and task validation.
• Experience designing complex ServiceNow workflows.
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis with strong analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail in solution implementation.
