Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of the ITSM application and lead the development of ITSM and ITBM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of ITSM and ITBM solutions following ITIL processes.
• Manage and maintain the self-service portal, service catalogue, workflows, catalogue items, and UI pages.
• Design, develop, and deliver new ITSM-based technology and manage future module implementations.
• Collaborate with solution architects on IT standards, innovation, and integration opportunities.
• Apply agile and SCRUM methodologies to drive successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience managing complex IT environments.
• Deep implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM suites.
• Expertise in IT Asset Management, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalogue solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ITAM, CMDB, and SAM integrations.
• Experience with application development, standards, DevOps, and Cloud applications.
• Proven ability to manage service request queues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within large global organizations using standard global processes.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundations certification (v3 or v4).
