Description

You will design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB to support organizational requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize CMDB classes, tables, discovery patterns, and relationships.
• Manage integrations of external tools and data sources to ensure accurate CI data population.
• Perform regular data quality assessments, audits, and cleanup to maintain CMDB integrity.
• Develop maintenance plans, workflows, and automation to streamline Configuration Management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMDB data, workflows, or platform configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB implementations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, including tables, forms, and workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, or Orchestration tools.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and the ITIL framework.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB.
• Prior experience in IT operations or enterprise architecture.
