Description

You will design, develop, administer, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow.
• Design and implement custom applications using ServiceNow APIs and build workflow automation.
• Analyze existing workflows, recommend process improvements, and align capabilities with ITIL best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical mentorship on the platform.
• Support system testing, QA, UAT, and deployment cycles, while defining reporting needs and building dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, C#, and SQL.
• Expertise in business process analysis and workflow automation.
• Ability to create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience bridging data between ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
