Description

Design and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions, managing integrations, flows, and platform architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and objectives by collaborating with product managers, business operations, and engineers.
• Design and architect solutions leveraging Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities and best practices.
• Implement integrations using Mid Server, OAuth, REST, and third-party systems.
• Develop flows using Flow Designer and Workspaces for Agent and Configurable users.
• Update and maintain documentation for team processes, best practices, and runbooks.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow CSM Implementation specialist.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Mid Server, OAuth, and REST.
• Experience working on high availability, mission-critical systems.
• Strong analytical skills for creative and commercial solution design.
• Ability to participate in system design consulting and platform management.
• Manage multiple tasks using sound judgment to prioritize work effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience considering security, design, validation, and the SDLC framework in full stack applications.
