Description

Manage and develop ServiceNow integrations and ITSM processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure for ServiceNow integrations.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules using JavaScript, AJAX, and web services.
• Manage ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Request, and Change management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Configure SSO-SAML setups and manage authentication flows.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with ITSM processes.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, AJAX, and Business Rules.
• Proficiency with Web-services, including SOAP and REST.
• Experience with SSO-SAML setup and integration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure design, implementation, and administration.
• Undergraduate degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other ServiceNow certification.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
