Manage performance, monitoring, and operational support for enterprise-class applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform performance diagnostics, tuning, and monitoring to ensure system stability.
• Execute capacity planning and maintain production documentation for enterprise applications.
• Manage Linux operating systems, including file systems, IO, and performance tuning.
• Analyze networking metrics, including packet tracing, latency, and throughput.
• Support production environments using a mix of software engineering and operations skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2-3 years of working knowledge with Linux operating systems and underlying components.
• Proficiency in Perl and Shell scripting.
• Experience with networking, packet tracing, latency, and throughput analysis.
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools such as SiteScope, ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic, or SolarWinds.
• Experience with production monitoring and capacity planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
