Description

You will own ServiceNow Performance Analytics to drive data visibility and service delivery optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build management dashboards and reports for OKRs and key business metrics.
• Configure real-time data visibility, predictive forecasts, and automated threshold alerts.
• Develop reporting strategies and execute delivery using agile methodologies.
• Configure CMDB Health dashboards and utilize CMDB Query Builder.
• Create training documentation for dashboard implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow Performance Analytics module.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB terminology, practices, and configuration.
• Proven ability to manage reporting strategy and execution.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Ability to answer technical configuration questions regarding Reporting Management.
• Experience optimizing service management processes.
