Description

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, enhancements, and integrations for ITSM and CMDB modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom scoped applications and enhancements for ITSM and CMDB.
• Create and modify business rules, script includes, UI Actions, widgets, and macros.
• Develop integrations using Integration Hub, orchestration, web services, and scripted APIs.
• Triage and support user issues across the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct system analysis, testing, and implementation while collaborating with business leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a system engineering role.
• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and implementation experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Strong understanding of scoped applications and custom application development.
• Experience building custom business rules, script includes, and widgets.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
