Description

You will implement, manage, and administer solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementations across various modules.
• Administer and develop within the ServiceNow platform environment.
• Serve as the technical liaison between the platform, vendors, and internal business partners.
• Drive initiatives and build consensus among stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Proficiency in scripting using JavaScript and Glide.
• Experience configuring UI policies, ACLs, and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and enterprise service management practices.
• Proven success leading ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an Agile environment.
