Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications: forms, tables, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, and workflow automation.
• Implement and enhance ITSM processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Fulfilment, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
• Design and build automations using Flow Designer (flows, subflows, actions) and configure Virtual Agent/Now Assist capabilities where applicable.
• Develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub with REST APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Server connectivity; support data synchronization.
• Provide platform support and release support: troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, support testing, and maintain Update Sets and technical documentation.

Skills Required:

• 3-9 years of relevant experience, including 2-5 years of ServiceNow development and administration.
• ServiceNow Platform development and ServiceNow Administration with strong ITSM configuration experience.
• JavaScript, Glide APIs (including Script Includes), Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Flow Designer automation, IntegrationHub integrations, REST APIs and SOAP web services, and MID Server support.
• ITSM process expertise across Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Request Fulfilment, and Service Level Management; reporting, dashboards, and platform analytics.

Good to Have:

• ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM module experience.

Education :Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
