Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow platform solutions through configuration and customization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, script includes, and UI components.
• Provide solutions through configuration and customization, including UI, workflow administration, reporting, and third-party integrations.
• Review and analyze existing configurations to develop strategies for platform improvement.
• Develop requirements, execute test plans, and administer ServiceNow as tier 2 support.
• Partner with SMEs to utilize MID servers, APIs, web services, and email technology for integrations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of applied experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and PaaS model.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Workflows, APIs, Service Mapping, and JSON.
• Experience integrating systems using Web Services.
• Familiarity with SOAP, XML, SAML, and SSO.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies and Web Technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
