Description

You will develop, customize, and administer ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITSM process implementation and platform automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow components including forms, tables, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Implement and enhance ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management, Request Fulfilment, and Knowledge Management.
• Design workflow automations using Flow Designer and configure Virtual Agent or Now Assist capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations via IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Server connectivity.
• Provide platform support, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage Update Sets.

Required Skills

• 3-9 years of relevant experience, including 2-5 years of ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs (Script Includes), Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Deep expertise in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Level Management.
• Experience with Flow Designer automation, IntegrationHub, and reporting/dashboards.
• Proven ability to manage Update Sets, technical documentation, and release support.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or ITAM modules.
