You will manage and maintain ServiceNow environments, with a primary focus on the vulnerability module.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow vulnerability module.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript and web technologies.
• Implement workflows aligned with the ITIL framework.
• Integrate web-based components using HTML, CSS, and XML.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow engineering.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Ajax.
• Hands-on experience with Web Development (HTML, CSS, XML).
• Practical knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Experience working with .NET environments.
• Proven experience managing vulnerability modules within ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
