Description

You will own the configuration, management, and integration of ServiceNow platforms, with a focus on IT Asset Management and CMDB integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring CI accuracy and proper relationships.
• Monitor and troubleshoot discovery jobs, resolving errors and improving CI data quality.
• Configure and maintain Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro modules for effective license positioning.
• Manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets, automating HAM processes from procurement to retirement.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, MID Servers, and Flow Designer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) processes and reporting.
• Proficiency in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycle tracking.
• Strong understanding of CMDB structure and data integrity.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integrations (APIs, MID Servers, Integration Hub).
• Familiarity with discovery job monitoring and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
