Description

Manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Operations Management (ITOM), asset lifecycles, and Workspace Service Delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow ITOM, HAM/SAM, and Workspace Service Delivery modules.
• Maintain CMDB architecture, including Discovery patterns and data normalization.
• Oversee SAM license models, hardware lifecycles, and vendor integrations.
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer and custom scripting.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, HAM/SAM, and Workspace Service Delivery.
• Deep understanding of CMDB architecture and Discovery patterns.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Ability to implement REST and SOAP API integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Relevant module certifications such as ITOM Specialist or SAM/HAM Implementation Specialist.
• Degree in any graduate field.
