Skills
10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Proven expertise in building ServiceNow solutions (custom apps, workflows,
integrations).
Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, FSM, CSM, or
custom applications).
Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow MID Server, including
configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations.
Strong problem-solving mindset with experience delivering technical guidance.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer,
etc.).
Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, APIs for data
migration/integration.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
Preferred/Good to Have
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications.
Experience with ServiceNow scoped applications development.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks
