Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, FSM, and CSM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and manage ServiceNow MID Servers to support secure integrations and data migration.
• Implement and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and standard APIs.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support for complex ServiceNow platform issues.
• Develop scoped applications and ensure adherence to ITIL processes and frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, FSM, CSM, or custom applications.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer).
• Experience with ServiceNow MID Server configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations.
• Knowledge of IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and APIs for data migration.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow scoped applications development.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
