Description

Manage end-to-end development and implementation of ServiceNow modules, owning the release pipeline from technical analysis to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom code, workflows, forms, lists, business rules, and UI components.
• Configure interfaces between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Perform technical analysis on ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Create design documentation and user stories for releases.
• Maintain and update documentation for all code and system configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Helsinki release.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3 Service Operation processes.
• Experience developing ServiceNow tables, menus, and web services.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow application configuration and custom coding.
• Ability to provide best-practice advice for ServiceNow implementation.
• Any Graduate degree.
