Description

You will manage the health and integrity of the ServiceNow CMDB, overseeing data ingestion, dashboarding, and ETL processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMDB health by ingesting configuration items and monitoring ETL jobs.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards to track key metrics and data accuracy.
• Resolve data discrepancies, including model mapping issues, import errors, and duplicate records.
• Update and manage configuration items, attributes, and relationships using scripts, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CMDB updates and provide ongoing end-user support.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and ETL processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow dashboard development.
• Proficiency in using Import Sets and Transform Maps for data management.
• Ability to implement and manage Change and Service Catalog processes.
• Experience working within an Agile Scrum model.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve data attribute and mapping issues.
• Any Graduate degree.
