Description

You will manage testing and functionality within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring quality across ITSM and ITOM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Validate ServiceNow functionality across ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog management.
• Verify User Administration, Reporting, and Discovery processes.
• Create functional reports and drive solutions within contract constraints.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• At least 1 year of ATF (Automated Test Framework) experience.
• At least one ServiceNow Mainline Certification.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Broad understanding of the Telecom domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to work US or India shifts based on business needs.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of HTML.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
