Description

You will manage the full software development life cycle for ServiceNow implementations, owning analysis, design, coding, testing, and release rollout.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of the SDLC for ServiceNow projects.
• Develop integrations between third-party systems and ServiceNow using Integration Hub, REST API, Webhooks, and SOAP.
• Write and maintain ServiceNow scripts including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflow actions.
• Configure and manage ITSM and ITOM components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, and Performance Analytics.
• Implement systems following Agile/Scrum methodologies using Atlassian tools.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience coding with Python, JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• 1+ years of ServiceNow Developer or Implementation certifications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM components including Service Operations Workspace and Major Incident Workbench.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database administration.
• Experience with Twilio Notify Plugin for On-call Escalation and SLA Breakdown.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and latest ITOM/ITSM features.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable industry experience.
