Description

You will maintain core FSO platform functionality and extend capabilities through new feature implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support existing core FSO platform functionality and implement new features.
• Contribute to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks.
• Collaborate with the scoped app team to install integrations and plug-ins.
• Resolve incident tickets related to the platform and hosted applications.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator (CSA).
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune, Maharashtra.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of in-depth experience in ServiceNow implementations, specifically within the financial domain.
• Certified ServiceNow Implementer in CSM or FSO.
