Description

You will manage and develop within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and develop on the ServiceNow platform using native APIs.
  • Implement and maintain core IT Service Management, catalog, workflow, and orchestration processes.
  • Manage data integrity by maintaining underlying database relationships between various data sources.
  • Configure and support specific ServiceNow modules including ITBM, ITSM, and CMDB.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITBM modules.
  • Direct experience with CMDB management.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow Integration Engine.
  • Experience configuring the PowerBI Connector.
  • Strong understanding of database relationships and data source integration.
  • Technical proficiency in ServiceNow API usage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
