You will manage and develop within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Administer and develop on the ServiceNow platform using native APIs.
- Implement and maintain core IT Service Management, catalog, workflow, and orchestration processes.
- Manage data integrity by maintaining underlying database relationships between various data sources.
- Configure and support specific ServiceNow modules including ITBM, ITSM, and CMDB.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITBM modules.
- Direct experience with CMDB management.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow Integration Engine.
- Experience configuring the PowerBI Connector.
- Strong understanding of database relationships and data source integration.
- Technical proficiency in ServiceNow API usage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
