Description

You will administer and develop on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on core IT Service Management and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop ServiceNow solutions using native APIs and the Integration Engine.
• Implement and maintain core ITSM, ITBM, catalog, workflow, and orchestration processes.
• Manage data integrity by maintaining underlying database relationships between various data sources.
• Configure and support specific ServiceNow modules including ITBM, ITSM, and CMDB.
• Configure and maintain the PowerBI Connector for reporting needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITBM modules.
• Direct experience with CMDB management and data source integration.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow Integration Engine.
• Experience configuring the PowerBI Connector.
• Strong understanding of database relationships.
• Technical proficiency in ServiceNow API usage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
