Description

Design and implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support People Team initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements and user stories into functional ServiceNow technology solutions.
• Develop and configure catalog items, workflows, and custom Service Portal pages or widgets.
• Design and implement features alongside architects and team leads to ensure performance and availability requirements are met.
• Execute functional test scripts during ServiceNow upgrades and releases.
• Resolve production incidents and provide release management support for supported services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Primary expertise in IT SecOps, including Vulnerability Management, Security Incident Management, and Threat Analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with ITSM, CSM, ITBM, Employee Service Center Portal, and UI Builder.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript or AngularJS.
• 1+ years of experience working within an Agile development framework.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal framework, including widgets and pages.
• Proficiency with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Script Actions/Events.
• Experience with Import Sets, Export Sets, Asynchronous Transformations, and Scripted REST.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AngularJS for custom portal development.
