Description

You will build and maintain automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain software applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop automation solutions using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and RPA Hub.
• Integrate third-party systems, including APIs, web services, and databases, into ServiceNow workflows.
• Design and develop a reusable workflow framework applicable across multiple processes.
• Maintain the ServiceNow roadmap, covering system maintenance, upgrade schedules, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience with web frameworks such as React and AngularJS.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting, platform configuration, design, and deployment skills.
• Proven track record of developing custom applications and custom UI pages on ServiceNow.
• Experience managing Configuration Management Databases (CMDB).
• Proficiency in handling ServiceNow patching and upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing complex workflow frameworks for enterprise-scale automation.
