Description

You will build and manage ServiceNow AI solutions using the Agent Studio and Now Assist framework. You configure LLM topics and deliver infrastructure components for data center and compliance operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow AI Agent Studio (Yokohama/Zurich) for automated workflows.
• Implement Now Assist Skills Kit to extend platform capabilities.
• Configure and optimize LLM topics for accurate AI model interactions.
• Manage infrastructure delivery for data center, audit, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
• Practical expertise in ServiceNow AI Agent Studio (Yokohama/Zurich).
• Strong knowledge of Now Assist Skills Kit implementation.
• Experience with LLM topic configuration and tuning.
• Background in infrastructure delivery, data center operations, or compliance.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow infrastructure and audit compliance modules.
