Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to align with specific business requirements.
• Perform regular platform updates and maintain overall system stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Support platform integrations and implement workflow automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
• Proven background in ServiceNow administration or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
