Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow technical architectures, prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality to minimize customization.

Responsibilities

• Implement the ServiceNow ITSM suite, Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Develop the CMDB roadmap by integrating over 20 data sources using ServiceNow recommended practices.
• Configure Discovery and MID servers, including the setup of collectors, credentials, and service mapping.
• Build service mapping to define business services and create new discovery patterns.
• Automate CI processes by designing orchestration activity layouts and writing PowerShell scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Experience migrating from Probes to Patterns.
• Proficiency in writing scripts for sensors to map CIs within BSM.
• Ability to write Classifiers and Identifiers for accurate configuration item discovery.
• Experience deploying and managing MID servers.
• Competency in using REST and SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
• Skill in building automation via ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Experience with Performance Analytics for dashboard and KPI reporting.
