Description

Manage and develop the ServiceNow platform to support IT Service Management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer the ServiceNow instance, including managing groups, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and ACLs.
• Develop Self Service Portals, Service Catalogs, and Request Fulfillment workflows.
• Implement ITIL/ITSM processes such as Survey, Request, Portal, CSM, ITBM, and GRC.
• Configure and customize MID Server architecture and Inbound Web Services.
• Execute ServiceNow Transform Map scripting, data validation, and debugging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.
• Expertise in UI Policy development and catalog item management.
• Experience with ServiceNow Transform Map Scripting and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with Scheduled Scripted Jobs and JDBC Data Sources.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Inbound Web Services and MID Server configuration.
• Working knowledge of SAML and Multi-Provider SSO configuration/troubleshooting.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies using Story/Defect workflows.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3 certification.
