Description

You will own the ServiceNow platform development and configuration to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and script business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, and service portals.
• Manage multiple update sets and coordinate their promotion across various instances.
• Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Translate technical specifications into business requirements and vice-versa.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration experience.
• 5+ years of applied technical experience.
• Advanced JavaScript skills.
• Proficiency with XML, HTML, CSS, and Web Services.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core capabilities including CMDB, Workflows, Reporting, and Service Catalog.
• Experience with ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF).
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling.
• Understanding of the ITSM/ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administration or Application Developer Certification.
• ITIL Foundations Certification.
• ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping experience.
